Overview

All donations made to Sarvasahaay Welfare Foundation are voluntary contributions intended to support charitable and humanitarian activities including:

• Cancer support
• Medical assistance
• Food support
• Child welfare & education
• Women empowerment
• Social welfare programs

As a nonprofit organization, donations are generally non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may only be considered under the following situations:

• Duplicate donation transactions
• Incorrect donation amount entered accidentally
• Technical payment failure causing multiple deductions

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided if:

• The donation has already been utilized for welfare activities
• The request is made after 7 days
• Incorrect information was provided by the donor
• The payment was authorized by the donor

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please provide:

• Full Name
• Donation Amount
• Transaction ID
• Payment Date
• Payment Screenshot or Receipt

Refund requests may be submitted through our official contact page or support email.

Refund Processing

Once the request is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway provider.

Failed or Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
3. Wait for processing time as some refunds take additional time to reflect.

Cancellation Policy

Once a donation has been successfully processed and allocated to welfare activities, cancellation may not be possible.

Changes to Refund Policy

Sarvasahaay Welfare Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes related to refunds or donations shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
